由西安交通大學、第三代半導體產業技術創新戰略聯盟和IEEE西安分會主辦的2016年IEEE寬禁帶半導體電力電子技術國際研討會將于5月21日至22日在西安交通大學舉辦。此次研討會是寬禁帶半導體電力電子領域國內首次舉辦的高端論壇，邀請了美國、歐洲和日本的10位著名專家教授和10位國內的相關專家教授做報告，涉及寬禁帶半導體電力電子技術的應用、寬禁帶半導體電力電子器件的封裝、寬禁帶半導體電力電子器件和寬禁帶半導體材料生長等方面，為從事寬禁帶半導體材料、電力電子器件、封裝和電力電子應用的專業人士和研究生提供了難得的學習和交流機會。誠摯歡迎大家的參與。
